Got in for the Aug 20 event at typhoon lag. Was on at the start. About 30 mins in my screen updated the EP and HS was gone, so didnt have alot of hope. Luckily, at just shy of an hour, my lottery spot hit. A bit of luck for sure. I thought Paul and Amy did this event. Ill have to go find the video to know what to expec
Standardize the COFFEE MAKERS in the rooms. Why can’t they all have the side by side pot/k-cup setup.

I bought at RIV, SSR, and Poly thinking that banking borrowing while leveraging the 11 month window. Well, that strategy hasn’t been deployed once. All 7 month booking or less and staying where we feel like on a whim. The best plans of mice and men….

Being a DVC / AP holder means my park commando days are behind me. So anything that increases convenience is the sweet spot. The fast pass (ya, I’m old school) addition would definitely expedite my acceptance
We are out of state and took early retirement. I could dissect the financial calculus 7 ways to Sunday. Our visits to wdw are both random and impromptu. it’s the non quantifiable FLEXABILTY of doing what we want, when we want that makes the sorcerers pass a perfect fit. The meal discounts don’t hurt though.
Totally agree. Table on the window at 8:45 pm for the fireworks with bread pudding, caramel and ice cream being wheel barreled to my table.
Bought Riv pts as my “Jack of all trades” points. Like a lot folks, I Use them everywhere except the RIV. Hope to change this soon. It looks great. The only extended stay there was loitering too long after a topolinas feast. ;)
