The Membership Magic Beyond Option
What could Disney do get you excited about Membership Magic Beyond? Would you be more interested if it more expensive but offered next level perks? What type of next level perks would you be interested in? Maybe something like Concierge Club Level Access and newly designed lounges for each resort? Or maybe, instant Lighting Lane access without making reservations? Late or early check in or out? Earn rewards points for spending? Feel free to βBlue Skyβ dream about what you would like.
The buy one get one one time use points and priority lounge access is more than enough for me to pay $100/yr for. Hopefully it stays this price for at least another year.
But I really think they should add quick service dining discounts or something.
I wonder if they could have 8 month non home resort booking without running afoul of DVC contract rules.

The one time use points are why I buy it and after getting priority for lounges when they are packed full solidified it for me. I would love to get one or two instant LL for everyone in my party with no restrictions would make it even better.

Yeah, I've been pretty excited about it and was happy to re-up this year. I used my BOGO points already, so it has paid for itself. And with going 4 times in a year, we'll get plenty of use out of the "Lightning Lane" lounge access. Last year I enjoyed the cheaper photo pass. I was going to buy that for an upcoming trip, but it cost less to buy MMB, so between that and the BOGO last year, I really made out. This year we have an AP that I added photo pass for the entire year, so that's less of a benefit, but as long as I keep doing the BOGO OTU points, and that continues to cost more than the cost of MMB, it's justified. The rest is just perks.
But if I had to come up with anything else they would do to make MMB truly stand out, they could start by adding back in some of the original blue card perks that they dropped. That said, this probably wouldn't sit well with owners who got those perks originally...
Looking for a good resale contract at the "Grand Flirty Inn"

Lots they could do. The biggest perk for me has been the 24 OTU points for the price of 12. I would love to see them give you 1-2 lightning lanes per visit. This would be nothing to lose scenario for them, right? You'd spend more time & money in the parks.
I, also agree giving a 10% discount at quick service would be nice.
I do like the chance to meet Mickey & Minnie at Epcot in the evenings. They are two of my favorites.

An easy one imho would be priority registration at Moonlight Magic, it could be for just 1 event per year, but that would definitely make MMB worthwhile.

A quick service discount, maybe a Tables-in-Wonderland-like discount for table service dining, and the possibility of adding on Club Level access would be cool since I am unlikely to ever splurge on a cash stay for that lol. As of now, MMB isn't worth it for my family.
Happy to call the BoardWalk, Bay Lake Tower, and Grand Floridian home!

I'd be happy enough if it was Photopass for the whole year instead of just 30 days.
But if we are blue skying it, I'd want them to give one Lightning Lane Single Pass per day per guest--- but that is never going to happen. So, how about a 25% discount on Lightning Lane Multi-pass?

Being from the UK, just being eligible this year was a big perk for us!
The priority access to the lounge was a massive plus for us as we use them a lot. The photopass inclusion was also a major perk.
I think itβd be great if it included a LL per day.

Being a DVC / AP holder means my park commando days are behind me. So anything that increases convenience is the sweet spot. The fast pass (ya, Iβm old school) addition would definitely expedite my acceptance

I agree it should be one year. Many of us travel more than once a year. Let us have the photo perks.

including the equivalent of the PhotoPass and/or Sports/Waterpark Add ons from the AP would be huge...
A discount on the sorcerer pass would be amazing or more competitive 5 day ticket deals...
a select number of promo codes/coupons/passes for quick service restaurants each year - say 5 20% off QS items
A Tables-in-wonderland stye add-on would be great too
Priority Room Requests
Priority early check in
Late check out at 2 PM
all come to mind as ways to enhance the program
I already love it - well worth $100 per year.
Just this year we've used the free memory maker at Disney World, the discounted 3 day tickets at Disneyland for our summer vacation, priority lounge access at MK, and the one time use points which are the best of all in my opinion. Like getting 24 points for just barely over the cost of the annual dues for 24 points, without any of the upfront contract cost. That's an incredible deal!
Right now we need all our points, but I can imagine in the future if we have excess, getting good value for extra points with the option to use them for the Sorcerer pass is also a great option.
Like most the OTU points have been worth it the last 2 years.
But if we thinking crazy I know there never doing free tickets ever again but I would like to see a significantly better discount on the ones they offer. Most of the time the standard deals are better and you're not blocked out of weekends. Something like the military tickets which work out to about $99 a day for almost the entire year with a few blocked out dates.

Yes - a better ticket deal for WDW would be great. The Disneyland ticket deal is useful though - itβs worked well for us to plan a broader trip to California this year and sneak in 3 days at Disneyland on the weekdays. Throwing in the the lightning lane multi pass with the deal out there is nice.
I would love a discounted price on APβs as well as free multi-passes that donβt require lightning lane reservations!!! Although a blue sky wish, having this would encourage more frequent park visits from DVC members and promote DVC sales!!ππππππ

βDisney is my happy place β
On a recent very hot day we went to the head of the line and right inside at McKim's Mile House. At that point, I was good with spending for the Magic Beyond. Going back to WDW 2 more times this year. I think we will get our moneyβs worth.
Giving us an extra day to book moonlight magic, would be a great perk.

The first time I bought it, I did so while walking towards the Epcot lounge on a hot day and was able to get into quick as the membership showed up immediately on my profile.

We have bought in for the OTUP that most have done. So that and activating the photo pass since we do one big trip is worth it to me. If we did not use the OTUP, I probably would not buy it. I love access to the lounges, but that isn't worth $99 to us. We could find a quick service restaurant to relax in if we had to. I do not think any of the other swaps are worth it. I love the one day prior for Moonlight Madness!
Our home sweet homes!

Iβm planning on buying the one time use points. In addition it would be nice to have benefits greater than offered by annual passes, say discounted or free Lightening Lanes. Or 25% savings at retail stores and quick service dining. We already have annual passes with all the same benefits except the $120 saving on the OTUPs
I purchased it simply for the Photopass and lounge access. We visit WDW once a year or every other year. I got the full value of my purchase in one visit this past January. I would have spent more than $99 buying the Photopass for that trip. The lounge access (and photos with Mickey & Minnie in their ski attire at EPCOT) was a nice extra perk for us. As long as the price remains the same and Photopass is included, I'll keep buying on years we visit.
If I could dream big - yes, please add a Lightning Lane perk. Earlier booking access or maybe even an extra one? I also think earlier access to Moonlight Magic registration would be great. Although I'm not sure if we will ever be lucky enough to happen to be visiting when one occurs so that would most likely never benefit me. I would still be happy to see it added for others to enjoy.
