The other thing I’d recommend is taking a midday break during the day back at the resort. Especially in the heat of the day it’s good to heat back, nap, go to the pool, hang out in the room, and just give yourself a break from the heat and humidity.
About the purple martins, I feel like it’s been a thing in the past but when I was down last month I think it’s the most publicity I’ve seen around them.
