You already know why you’re here. You’re looking for answers. Someone here has to be right.

What will happen in 2042?

BRV will most likely be absorbed by CCV.

Every other 2042 resort will be resold to current owners at 10% off or a relative discount that still be comical for their $300 per point price.

Oh man. This is what we are going to do right now?? I have two full options for you. Both are based upon my insider knowledge from all of my Disney insider sources.

INSIDER INFORMATION OPTION #1

  • VB will be sold to another timeshare company. That timeshare company will cold call every current Disney VB owner for months on end explaining to them that they should renew their timeshare with their company because they are the best timeshare company in the world. They will explain that after you buy a week at the new exclusive VB resort that you should then transition your week to points because then you will be admiral corporal status.

  • HHI will be sold to a legitimate timeshare company. They will then fleece a whole new generation of people who think they want to play golf in HHI for the winter. They will explain to their potential customer that if they purchase 1 million points, then they will be able to vacation in HHI on every 3rd platinum thursday in the year which will not be disclosed until the 2nd gold tuesday week. They will give those members the perk of paying absolute full price on maintenance fees each year along with playing the back nine of the exclusive 9 hole golf course with a sand wedge and a putter.

  • BRV will be refurbished and absorbed by CCV

  • The contracts that DVD cannot sell for OKW to make them 2057 contracts will be held onto and those rooms will be sold as cash until 2057.

  • BCV will be completely overhauled because the location is prime for EPCOT. During the refurbishment, they will find that the resort is loaded with rust from all of the salt air that comes off of the nonexistent beach. The refurb will then take longer then expected and the next CEO will scrap the old plans and announce that they have listened to customer feedback and are ecstatic to announce the all new Journey Into Imagination Villas and Casitas. Where each room will come with a Figment statue which stands over you while you are sleeping. This groundbreaking resort will open in 2060.

  • BWV will be shut down for an extended period. This won't be due to DVD completely refurbing the resort. This will be due to current members locking arms around the resort and not allowing the bulldozers onto the property without going through them. They will demand disney just extends the resort by 50 years and put nanny chairs in each room. Disney will comply. But then the owners will complain 5 years after that the resort is old and tired and it is not what they signed up for.

INSIDER INFORMATION OPTION #2

  • All of the resorts will shut down for a specific period of time. HHI and VB will be sold off. BRV will be absorbed by CCV. OKW will go on a firesale of all of the points they could not convert to 2057. BCV and BWV will both go through lengthy refurbs and go back online as new resorts. They will be ridiculously expensive and the point charts will make people vomit.

So there you have it. My insider predictions.

Let’s copy and paste “option 1” on the agenda of every condo association meeting until 2042 to force at least some of that into existence
