We are doing our first DVC stay the beginning of May at AKK for my daughters birthday! We are PUMPED. We booked the starlight safari, the Garden Tea Room at GFR and bibbity bobbidi first thing on her birthday morning. Surprisingly, the hardest reservation to get was Beaches and Cream lol

Ah, I see you started it. I think this is a great idea! Oooh, I like your choices for a split stay. Birthdays at Disney are the best!

We will be at BLT (first time there) and Poly (first time in the tower) in May. Glad to have rides like Big Thunder opening back up and doing a real fingers crossed for a preview of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Since we are only there until mid-May, it's probably a bit too early for the preview, but maybe we'll get some magic!

Yes they are! We've done quite a few over the years! We'll be doing my grandson's 9th next fall! I'm super excited because it will be his first trip!

Stalking my email like crazy and also already messaged my direct dvc guide to see what she has going on.... she said 'a surprise and delight'....one can only guess what that only means... LOL

Nothing like watching a youngster enjoy Disney for the first time! :-)

Yea I am hoping for previews of rockin roller coaster to start too. Fingers crossed!

Just planned a last minute one day trip for Mother’s day. Last minute=no DVC availability👎

One of our trips every year is May for our anniversary. (51 !) We'll be at SSR first week in May. Boathouse for dinner on the 4th!

I have a May trip planned. Our first trip as DVC owners. We are doing a split stay at Boardwalk, which my husband got from stalking the site through 86 different versions lol. I'm so excited. We rented points for a Boardwalk stay before - and our room was 5 minutes before the refurb. I'm excited for a new experience there because my first impression has kept me from staying there since! lol. Actually hearing everyone giving it love on DVC Fan made me certain we just landed in a room that needed a LOT of love and I needed to give it another shot! I can't wait to be 200 steps from Epcot during Flower & Garden. The countdown is killing me 😱😱

I stayed at Boardwalk last September and while the room is fine -- nothing special. The views is incredible. I had the Boardwalk view and it was the one balcony that I used the most!

To add to that, the location is pretty great too! Just a short walk to the back of Epcot. I also like the lobby.

Yes. A split. But boardwalk the whole time. We are split between a 1BR and a studio

Going the beginning of the month. Split stay between AKL and BLT. Cannot wait! So excited to see the BLT pool is reopen and eating at Jiko night one. 🥳

How fun!! Congratulations!! What a great way to celebrate! .....We would so love to get married while down there in May, but this is crazy! Just wish there was some way to do it and not take a whole day nor a whole month of income! We just want to say, 'I do', 'I do' and then it be done! LOL I was joking with a friend and asked if he knew someone that could just meet us in a parking lot somewhere. eh...

We just got back from our first stay at the Cabins at Fort Wilderness. My wife really loved these (I liked them too)!

I'll be in town for a week in May, primarily to go to Hollywood Studios for May 4th! :)

We have a BLT/BWV split stay in May! Being local and doing day trips is great, but there's nothing like a real vacation!

Does an Eastbound Transatlantic on the Dream count? 14 nights of bliss!

I'll be checking into Kidani Village on May 2 for 8 nights. First meal on the 2nd will be dinner at Boma. Final meal on the 10th (Mother's Day) will be late breakfast at Boma. This will be my 5th time staying at Kidani. I just love waking up to see animals from my room. Boma is my favorite WDW restaurant.

I love trip reports!

We were originally booked on thst cruise. We switched it out when they dropped extra alaska sailings on the wonder. Thennnn we dropped that for DVC and booked the EBTA next year on the Wish!! LOL we will NEVER use our 11 month window!! We move stuff too often!
