Restrooms by Remy, while busy are always clean. The new restrooms in Norway are great as well.
The best restroom in MK is inside Tomorrowland Terrace. Since the restaurant isnt open people forget its thete. They all congregate at the one by the Plaza.

Our favorites by park / resort:
MK- Rapunzel (busy outside, but surprisingly no lines inside the actual restrooms. Well themed and clean)
HS - Galaxy's Edge - massive, no lines and fun theme!
EP - Soarin' - clean, seating outside with phone chargers
AK - Maharajah Jungle Trek - tucked away and never too busy
Hotels - Riviera (anyone can use them walking by, near the kids splash pad). These are never busy and gorgeous!

The restrooms in the MK in the access way between Adventure Land, Frontier Land, and Liberty Square are the most strategically located in the MK because you can easily get to them from three different lands.
