It took like 10 days for our points to show up when we bought in February
Bought Sight Unseen
We bought SSR sight unseen because the contract fit! After our offer was accepted and we were waiting to get through ROFR, we stopped by, walked around, and ate dinner at the Turf Club. We have two trips planned this year before we will actually stay there for the first time in October.

We were originally booked on thst cruise. We switched it out when they dropped extra alaska sailings on the wonder. Thennnn we dropped that for DVC and booked the EBTA next year on the Wish!! LOL we will NEVER use our 11 month window!! We move stuff too often!

We are South Jersey too. Bout 45 minutes north of your family in ocean county - just inland of Long Besch Island. It is one of the reasons I slept on the Boardwalk for so long. Going there felt like I never left my neighborhood (except it's cleaner) 🤣
Booking last minute / inside the 7-month window -- strategies and tips
The furthest out we have booked so far was for run Disney weekend in October. Other than that we always find short weekend trips with my husband stalking the site. Hi Ryan! Thanks for moderating. We have been going to the parks multiple times per year since they opened AP back up to out of staters after the pandemic. We just bought our first contract this year at Saratoga. Have already booked all our borrowed points and are keeping our eyes out for another contract 🤣
