I don't have any timeframe to quote, but I wanted to say Congratulations 🎉 and Welcome Home! Booking May 15, is tight based on what they quoted, but you'll likely be fine. Just keep checking your inbox and Spam folder. And hopefully others who've closed a new resale contract recently can chime in for you.
What's Your Use Year?
I second everything @airjay75 said. Pick based on when you won't go. We go to DL regularly, but our least likely months are Mar, Apr, May, so June made the most sense. AddOn-Itis - how do you know when?
We haven't figured out our "enough" number yet. We bought enough for studio visits and then quickly realized that a 1 bed is going to be next, so we're looking at adding soon. What would make me buy more direct? A flash sale for VGC with prices near VDH. I wouldn't be able to dial fast enough.
