I have a Premier Pass so I'll have a free ticket to attend, although I have no idea when I'm going to go. Went for the first time last year with my Premier Pass ticket and I bought Express Pass and it was a lot of fun, but the complication of having kids who don't want to go makes the logistics a little bit harder :)
Great video! I have to say I was also there on the first AP Preview Day and I loved it. I stupidly bought the Express Pass that day and it was a waste of money because the park was mostly empty. Even got to ride Battle at the Ministry thanks to my wife who got the Virtual Queue for us and experienced it with the origin

You should be able to apply for the new Inspire card and get all of the benefits including the sign up bonus. However, if you call Chase to upgrade from your Chase Disney Visa to the Inspire card, you will not get the sign up bonus but you will get all of the other benefits.
The Citi Custom Cash card gives you 5% back on your top spending category up to $500 each month but it maxes out at $500/month. But a lot of those "customizable" cards don't allow warehouse clubs as a customizable category. Your best bet for cashback would be to get the Chase Ink Business Cash card which gives 5% back

I don't believe it will work for tickets for the Disney Inspire card, I could be wrong though. IIRC it codes as Entertainment and there isn't a good way for Chase to differentiate between you buying Disney tickets and buying Universal tickets from UnlockedMagic.com
