Another potentially good option with kids for parks like Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom is the shows. Not always the best for getting the wiggles out, but maybe good to get somewhere indoors / shaded and sit down for a bit. You can modify a reservation which is less than 30 days out to another reservation that is within 60 days of the current date - because that is the restriction on holding points. Further than 60 days out would not work though a
