We got Lime Dole Whip at the poly once but then it was gone and my son never stops talking about it, is there anywhere that serves it on a regular basis?

Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs has it on their seasonal menu currently. I've seen them have it several times during the year.

Right now there is a lime/vanilla swirl float for Buzz Lightyear at Auntie Gravity’s in Tomorrowland. So good!

They use it in a drink at the Poly pool bar but I was able to get it without alcohol one time as well.
I would not recommend the margarita with dole whip in case you're an adult and looking for a drink. It was not my favorite.
