Yes - bell services can transfer your items to your next resort. I’ve heard others recommend keeping essentials with you in case bags dont arrive until late in the afternoon at your new hotel.
Jambo House at Christmas is my favorite holiday decor. But Christmas at the resorts and parks overall is tough to beat. Though if they spread Halloween decor into all parks and resorts, maybe it would be closer. Also I’d love if they flipped decor to Halloween 7/5 because we always visit during the 4th and I flip menta
We will be at BLT 7/3-7/6 then move over to Kidani for the rest of our trip. We are hoping to see lots of 250 celebrations and dodge crowds, if thats even possible. We’ll go to MK for Liberty Tree dinner 7/3 and find a minimally crowded spot wherever to catch the fireworks (maybe new fantasyland?). We’ll go to Epcot 7/

I just submittrd requests via email to member services for our summer stay. We also have an arrival night at Pop, I followed the Touring Plan guidance to email Disney and share the specifics of the trip and request. We’ll see jos it goes!
Good luck with ROFR and the add on! I plan to add on direct at some point and appreciate you sharing these uodates. Our spring 2026 add on resalr at BRV passed ROFR super fast - like five or so days.
I just bought a 2042 BRV instead of buying SSR for sleep around points. We followed the buy where you want to stay adage at still a competitive cost per point. We also thought it would give us flexibility in 2042 - our kids will be much older then and who knows what we’ll all be into. We also own BLT currently, so were
following as a BLT owner who may sell down the road- happy searching!
Based on past increases, would there be any sort of advance notice of a coming increase? Or would it just all of a sudden be higher?
Today’s hot takes: Akershus is 10x better than Cindy’s I feel lied to re all the hype of Tony’s garlic bread - I could do better at home with frozen bread and jarred sauce The margarita from Anaheim Produce is objectively than all the margaritas I’ve tried in the Mexico pavilion (and I tried a lot for science) Garden G
Thank you for taking us on your journey! Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorites and I hope to own their someday, too. Important question - would you join via the original Lodge/Jambo or Kidani?
150 Boulder Ridge, resale, October UY 320 Bay Lake, resale, February use year I am thinking about eventually selling BLT to break it up into 150 direct and 150 bargain basement sleeparound points. I an considering direct in the future to be able to stay at new properties and to feel like a “real” totally full member. I
Resort view room at Jambo that was the farthest studio in the Kudu trail from the lobby. We were right next to the barn and had constantly great views of giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, etc. I’d stay in that room every trip if I could.
I think if you’re flexible with what’s available resort-wise, you should be anle to piece together something you like. It will be more challenging with studios, but not impossible. We snagged a week at Jambo in a resort studio the week of Christmas last year by piecing together days after the seven month mark. Good luc
Your trips sound awesome, Laura! We were fortunate to spend a week at Boulder Ridge at spring break. Still to come: July trip - Spit stay BLT (first time at our first home resort) and Kidani Savannah view (cannot wait), and hopefully first Typhoon Lagoon visit Devember - Christmas trip to Boulder Ridge, Vero, and maybe

I’d be curious to see the comparison data if you’re comfortable sharing. Thanks for taking us along on your adventure with research!
