I have a friend that they're family went to Club 33 via a business that had a membership. That's about the closest "degree" I have to Club 33. Would be a blast though! I'd have to get even more DVC points if that happened.
I worry about the resale restrictions as well but if the price/deal is extremely good AND we enjoy the property then it might be hard to pass up.

The one we got for our friends closed yesterday. We went out to celebrate and plan for the upcoming trip. ;) I was surprised after it said it could take 6 weeks. I've never been to Boardwalk but it sure looks like a great time being able to just walk right into the park.

Passed ROFR so we sre sitting at 600. That gives us our dedicated Poly points for the family and then extra for a second trip or add on days for split trips.
I'm going big.... I want to see a new theme park. I asked my kids and one said do an Animation Kingdom.... have an Inside Out land, Tangled Land, etc. I would love to see a proper Tron land just because walking into that lit up land at night would be awesome.
Did the same - purchased two contracts direct with the intent that we would add more points along the way to have a total of four contracts eventually for the four kids.
Hmm.... we have an October Poly trip which will be the first time as a family with all the kids (we went in December with friends and that was our welcome home). We are tentatively planning a December trip but waiting on ROFR on our new contract.
