Does Use Year Affect the Resale Price
It's so bad. I book two bedrooms, would like boardwalk view and start my walk in the summer for the fall. Last year it took me a month trying every day to even get my walk going.

Although if you want standard or boardwalk view studio at BWV for October you'd be better off with an August use year because you'd be walking that if you can even get your foot in the door to walk. August would give you more time to start the walk.
We bought BLT the year it opened, we already had BWV and my kids were still small so it was a no-brainer. I don't think it effects the price, there is just an uneven distribution of use years. DVCNews used to keep track but I could only find their article from 2021. June is the 3rd most common.
