The villas are in the original Reflections concept art so I'm going to assume that they will be announced as part of future releases.
The Horse-Back Riding and Golf Carts in Fort Wilderness, The carriage rides at Port Orleans, and the Mickey Tie Dye Shirts at the pools are reasonbly priced keepsakes :)
I think this is one of those "if you have to ask" situations :D
Perhaps the blog writer isn't a fan of DVC :). That being said, I just don't see them not including a DVC component in any resort of the Lakeshore Lodge caliber given the fact that DVC prints money. The original Refelctions concept photos still has the villas in them, so I would assume those will be announced sooner or
They feel so long because they are long!, haha.. and I'm completely underwhelmed at the food options there as well. The Kidani pool and the parking garage is nice though, if you can find a good spot.
May 6th is probably a bit early for soft open given that it doesn't officially open until the 26th (but anything's possible). They have announced (but not given dates I believe) on the DVC/AP previews for RnR:Muppets. I hope by the second week of May something will be announced and open for you!
I can see them switching out for a murphy bed and being ok, not sure how they'd add a 5th sleeper spot, but we'd really appreciate the extra capacity in the studios. Right now we're forced to a 1BR (which, let's be honest, is a good place to be :)) and being able to book more nights with the same amount of points would
The first time I bought it, I did so while walking towards the Epcot lounge on a hot day and was able to get into quick as the membership showed up immediately on my profile.
The same thing I tell my wife when we check in to the 1br there :)
July - OKW for 10 days during the America 250th celebration
Does anyone know when the hard goods refurb on the schedule is going to kick off and complete? Is there any chance that the studios get a bump to 5 adult capacity if they add a murphy pull down and a console pull down?
We have bought three direct contracts. We never had a good experience with the "Welcome Home Stay". This most recent time a few months ago, (and I realize this is my fault), I rebooked a stay longer with the new points while there was availabilty before calling to trying to book a WHS. Well because I did this, I was no
We moved to North of Tampa in 2019 (from San Antonio) before the world closed for Covid (that was fun)... I know everyone's different, but I'd do it over again if I could.. although we bought a house in 2019 as well and I'm not sure what we could afford these days.
Yes you can, just make sure you do it before you use the last day's ticket, and your AP will start when your first ticket was used. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/annual-pass-terms-conditions/
Flash sales can be a great way to get a good deal. We bought two 150 point OKW contracts a couple Of years ago at a great point cost. The only downside is these tend to be older resorts so the usable life is less and you have to take that into account.
Tell me about it :). It’s worse when you realize that I’m using those “very expensive” points for Old Key West this summer….
