Poly tower or longhouses? I do really like the Poly so much so....thinking about adding points.

This time longhouses. We stayed at the tower during Christmas, loved it!

I like the longhouses, but after staying in the Tower...wowza! The beauty along with the quiet and Wailulu Grill was splendid. The longhouses can get really loud.

We have more trips this year. We already did a long weekend at Poly in Feb.

I am doing a 5 night split stay in June--AKL-Poly-BLT & Beach Club

My wife and I are doing 1-Night at BLT and then 13-Nights at AKL Jambo Value Studio

Then we are doing a long weekend in December to see all of the Christmas across the resorts and parks.

Yes, I'll be staying at Saratoga and plan to attend the pre-cruise activities. I'd love to hear all about Croatia.

We only have 1 real vacation planned for 2026. A road trip from Nebraska to California. We don't really plan to do much on the drive though. We'll be spending 6 nights at VGC. Our first time in a 1-bedroom villa there! The whole trip is 12 days long. Our 20th wedding anniversary falls on a date in the middle of the trip.

In May we have 2 weekends where we are going out of town for graduations. One is 3.5 hours away in South Dakota. We'll be staying Friday-Sunday. And the other is 2 hours away in Iowa but we're just driving there and back on a Saturday.

Sounds like you have lots of experiences happening in 2026! Many times, it doesn't have to be a formal vacation to experience and create memories.

I've only been to Disneyland once and only with my 1 year old nephew...so not really an experience there.

Where in South Dakota? My son & I traveled there in 2016 and had such a good time.

Just eastern SD in a small-ish town. But western SD is great and we actually like to go there for vacation every few years. That's where we took a road trip to last summer.

Ah, I've never been to eastern SD. We flew into Rapid City, did Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, the Badlands, and Devil's Tower in Wyoming. We loved our time there.

Heading down in 30ish days for a split stay at OKW/SS. We have a two bedroom to hang out with my family and brother’s family.

September - Polynesian Tower theme park view with the fam and (hopefully) Moonlight Magic on my 41st birthday!! 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

June staying one night at poly tower and three nights at kidani. Will be me and wifes 20th anniversary trip and our first vacation without the kids. Going to MK as disney adults for the first time without kiddos.

7 night cruise on treasure in october

December trip with my brother and his family staying at Riviera and our family staying in 2 bedroom at kidani with my mother in law.

March 2027 spring break at HHI

Im super excited to visit sedona arizona this thanksgiving week! Im interested in exploring the unique natural geography with my family. Im open suggestions if anyone else has been.

In September we're doing a split Tampa and Disney trip. It'll be our daughter's first trip to Disney! It's also our first trip as DVC members. We booked a lake view to ensure we get Moorea at the Poly- hoping for a great fireworks view.

We've been keeping the travel local because this September trip is really to gauge how well we all do with toddler travel, but we also have a Disney cruise planned for August 2027. Fingers crossed that it goes well and we can have another vacation between these two trips!

June-10 night stay OKW 2 bedroom. First Moonlight Magic.

Sounds wonderful. I got to stay in the Poly Tower last September and really liked it!

If you haven't been on the Treasure before...it is so lovely. The COCO show may make you cry. It did for me!

Just go explore, there are great hikes, a must do for me was visiting the chapel. It gave me goosebumps being inside. If you like Frank Lloyd Wright's work you will fancy this chapel. It's built into the red rocks.

Sedona is just stunning!

I did my first Disney cruise in January and I'm hooked. I'll be on the Disney Wonder in 18 days. :-)

Your trips sound awesome, Laura! We were fortunate to spend a week at Boulder Ridge at spring break. Still to come:

• July trip - Spit stay BLT (first time at our first home resort) and Kidani Savannah view (cannot wait), and hopefully first Typhoon Lagoon visit

• Devember - Christmas trip to Boulder Ridge, Vero, and maybe more (why not 🤣)

Starting travel young is definitely a good idea. I think it's why our son has done so well flying and on road trips.

So here we are finishing up an Aulani stay and didn’t have a future stay booked. Something unheard of in these parts of the interwebs. Now, we are heading to Riviera in October! The wife is trying to convince me to do a road trip from Nebraska with a toddler….

May is going to be a big month for reservations at grandpa's house. First we have a trip to DLR planned with the grandkiddos in April, so May is 11 month mark. This is going to be their first DLR trip. We have taken them several times to WDW and they loved it. Great to see the magic through their eyes. And yes their parents are tagging along as well. We are also going to be at WDW the last of October. Just an adult trip for Grandma and I. And we will try to snag MNSSHP tickets. Also in May. So no trips in May, just getting things squared away for October and April.

How old is the toddler?

What part of Nebraska? We're in the Omaha area. We waited until our son was 8 years old for his first multi-day road trip (NE to CA.) It was supposed to be when he was 6 but covid hit and we delayed it. But he probably would have been fine when he was much younger. We were just paranoid about it.

We’re in Papillion. We are going for her third birthday. We went to Disneyland for her first and second. We’re trying to squeeze in these trips forgot we have to start buying her own tickets!

Hey all, Already posted about our October trip to BLT and BWV. Reservations all made for that one. Just waiting on getting MNSSHP tickets.

We are taking the Grandkids (and parents) to DLR in April. Split stay VDH and VGC. Happy to report that VDH reservations have been made. Now waiting to make the VGC part.

First week in May is mostly waiting to make reservations and then hoping you get them!

Hmm.... we have an October Poly trip which will be the first time as a family with all the kids (we went in December with friends and that was our welcome home). We are tentatively planning a December trip but waiting on ROFR on our new contract.

Just a little update.

We got our MNSSHP tickets for our October trip.

Final Reservations made for our Split stay with grandkids at DLR next April. 5 nights VDH and 6 Nights VGC.

Now the hard part. Waiting to Leave!!

We spent May 2-9 at Boardwalk Villas. What a great trip. It was a little hot, but there was almost no humidity. No more Disney trips until September 2027 when we spend a few days at Disneyland, and if the 7-month gods are in our favor, a few days at Aulani.

We do have two long weekends booked at our favorite resort on Table Rock Lake near Branson, MO. One in September, and one in November. The November one is an annual tradition. DW and I are Christmas people, and no place does Christmas like Silver Dollar City.

We went to the Epcot Flower and Garden last May. We also stayed at the Boardwalk. Very surprised at how hot May could be. The Boardwalk was baking! Even the locals were complaining! Thunderstorms did not help the humidity. We really enjoyed it and really want to do Flower and Garden again, just a bit earlier, say April, and escape the heat, hopefully. Until thin we will stick with winter trips.

Yeah, that May heat in Orlando is quite jolting. It does get downright tropical in my neck of the woods but not until June and July. Winter sounds like a good plan! DW and I have talked about doing Festival of the Arts quite a bit. We have December use year, so it definitely would work out.
