Picture yourself at Disney for one night and you can k my eat at one restaurant what would it be?

For me it is Be Our Guest, I know it took a hit with the price fixed changes and no more meet and greet with the Beast. But I have some very great memories growing up there and it was the first restaurant I took my wife to on Disney property when I was trying to win her over haha.

Awww, that's a great reason to love Be Our Guest and sounds like the plan to win her over worked.

Right now, I'm craving noodles, so I think I want 'Ohana. But my favorite restaurant on property right now is over at the Swan & Dolphin- Rosa Mexicana. I love the table-side guacamole, their lobster quesadilla (the shrimp one is fantastic too) and the street corn.

My favorite spot is a tie between Tambu Lounge and Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace at the Poly. My wife and I love to hang out on the Tiki Terrace when the weather is just right and listen to the live music while sipping on Spikey Pineapples and Polynesian Pearls, but we prefer the food upstairs at Tambu Lounge. If only we could combine the two….

I'd wake up the next morning and get the Al Forno Eggs at Trattoria al Forno. It's perfect every time. There are a dozen fantastic Italian places near me and not one does breakfast, so it's an only-at-Disney opportunity.

I think I'm with @YamKriegs on craving 'Ohana (I'm a sucker for the noodles, potstickers, and bread pudding) and luckily I get to go there very soon, but otherwise I'd love Flying Fish--those scallops are so good. I really don't think I've ever had a bad meal there, and I wouldn't turn down an opportunity to visit my favorite resort :)

Happy to call the BoardWalk, Bay Lake Tower, and Grand Floridian home!

Tough to pick just one! For sit down service, I really like Flying Fish at Boardwalk, always have a good meal there. For quick service, I love Satuli Canteen at Animal Kingdom.

I’m the contrarian to Ryan C.

Mine is an easy-peasy choice—Victoria and Albert’s.

Some background on me and hubby, first. We don’t do bars (don’t drink) and aren’t paint-the-town people. Instead, we eat out once or twice a week and otherwise save our bucks for WDW and a magnificent dinner at “Vicki & Al’s.”

We Disney lovers talk about “ paying for the experience” where character meal costs are concerned.

V&A’s is the pinnacle of that expression—magnificent food, graciously attentive service and every dinner there relaxing and festive all in one.

I urge anyone who enjoys being pampered to treat yourself to this extraordinary experience. You deserve a once in a lifetime best meal you’ve ever had!

On our most recent visit (Sept 24’) we ate at Via Napoli and it was our favorite meal from the trip. My steak was cooked perfectly and my husband loved the sea bass.

If I was celebrating something it would be Yachtsmen Steakhouse, our go to for annual anniversary dinner. If it was just a night out, probably Raglan Road right now.

The lamb shank at Jiko is to die for, although best dessert is Almond Cheesecake at Narcoossees.

For a date night we had an amazing evening having drinks at Geo 82 and then heading round to Shiki Sai, that was a special evening just walking slowly out of a nearly empty Epcot.

This is a tough question! I think I have to go with California Grill. I’m not usually a prix-fixe kind of girl (too much food for me), but we take the leftovers back to BLT and have a very decadent breakfast the next morning!

Cali Grill needs to drop this prix fixe nonsense. Annoying to have 3 courses when you may only want an appetizer or two or entree.

And while they’re at that, bring back the daggoned brunch. It was deeelish.

Keeping it real simple. Beaches and cream. Love the soda shop vibe, grilled cheese and tots the ultimate comfort food or an old fashioned banana split. Always too full to have both so have to go twice in one trip!

One of these days maybe I'll try V&A :)

I have been to Enchante on the Disney Treasure which I hear is on the same level, but having not tried V&A is just based off of what I've read from others.

For this question I could either choose a favorite out of the ones I've been to so far--probably Cítricos--or pick one I have been wanting to try but never had the chance--probably Sci-Fi Dine-in Theater at DHS. One caveat is that my family is vegan, so I am selecting very specifically for a narrow set of plant-based options.

The Boathouse was a nice splurge last month. It was St. Patrick’s Day so we weren’t far from Raglan Road. The food was delicious and we enjoyed looking around at the gift shop as well as out the window to watch the cars zoom around the lake.

DVCDad mentions: One caveat is that my family is vegan, so I am selecting very specifically for a narrow set of plant-based options.

Are you a fan of Princess and the Bear’s YT restaurant reviews? They do a good job detailing likes/dislikes, imo.

Princess is vegan and explains well which dishes can be modified at each restaurant as well as what she did/didn’t enjoy. Bear, not vegan, adds his impression of her vegan dishes as well as the non-plant ones.

Btw, she praised the GF Afternoon Tea’s plant-based menu if you and your family might be interested in that sometime.

So, this question is about more than food. As with everything Disney, it is also about memories. So, like Lauren (@ldl 12) and @YamKriegs ) Ohana jumps to the top. While I know there have been some naysayers about Ohana, we have always had a good—> great meal, but even more so, looking back on the memories of eating there over 20 years with my family, kids growing up—now adults., no place touches that for me.

On property, I think my favorites are Jiko and Flying Fish. So fun to make a whole evening out of visiting AKL and the food and service at Jiko is consistently excellent. Wild Boar Tenderloin is a must order. Similarly, love a stroll on the Boardwalk after dinner at Flying Fish and always have fantastic service.

If willing to venture slightly off-property, Bull and Bear at the Waldorf Astoria (essentially between the EPCOT resorts and Disney Springs) is my go-to for special occasions. Spectacular service with a lot of tableside preparations and outstanding food. Don't miss the fried chicken (we get as an appetizer and share) or the lemon dessert.

Cool. I haven't been to the BBQ yet, but I didn't love the Tochos over at Woody's Lunch Box (they weren't bad; just not good). Will get to the BBQ one of these days, for sure. My son and I are doing the DDP for the first time a couple times this summer, and I'm going to try to mix it up and go some places we haven't been yet. Fortunately there are some decent options here and there. I wish they'd go further than burgres and Beyond Sausage, though, especially for the all you care to enjoy options, which all seem the same (or very similar) across several table dining options. At least the jerk tofu at Sebastian's is a keeper.
