Favorite bar or lounge at Disney World
One of my favorite bars to grab a drink is at the Poly at Wailulu. Having an espresso martini and looking out over Seven Seas Lagoon at Cinderella Castle is hard to beat for me.
Also, my favorite old fashioned is at the Enchanted Rose at the Grand Floridian. The bartenders there are so consistent with making an old fashioned. I always have a great cocktail there.

Love wailulu, great view, food, and banana old fashioned. That may me my top choice as well but a close second is the bar at the Boathouse.
Haven't been to Wailulu yet but can't wait to try it. I also love the Dockside Bar at Boathouse -- perfection. No food but I really enjoy Belle Vue Lounge over at the Boardwalk - particularly sitting outside if weather permits. Similarly, like Crews Cup over at the Yacht Club a lot and am excited to see what happens with the refurb. Victoria Falls in AKL is another favorite spot to grab a drink - great snacks too. In the parks, Nomad Lounge is fantastic.

Wailulu is my current favorite. We have done dinner and just gone to sit at the bar! Can not wait to do it again.
Big fan of the Nomad Lounge inside the parks. Iβm always surprised how quiet it seems and how quiet Tiffins appears based on the quality. At the resorts, thatβs a tougher question for me.

Nomad Lounge is the by far the best lounge in the parks.
Iβm a big fan of the bar out on the water at Boathouse and Nomad Lounge also.
Victoria Falls I think is the best hidden gem of a bar. Itβs such a cool concept right in between those two floors at Jambo House.

All great options. Excited to check out Boathouse, itβs been on my list for ages. Enchanted Rose is nice, the interior is beautiful but donβt sleep on the outdoor area on a nice evening.

Trader Samβs outdoor Tiki Terrace and Tambu Lounge are my faves. My wife and I love to have dinner at Tambu Lounge and chill out at the Tiki Terrace. If only I could get Tambu Loungeβs food downstairs on the terrace while I drink Spikey Pineapples on a beautiful evening listening to live music.
In the parks, we love Geo-82, Nomad Lounge and Baseline Tap House. We also frequent Jock Lindseyβs Hangar Bar at Disney Springs.

Nomad Lounge, Turf Club lounge and Enchanted Rose. All completely different and we love them for different reasons.
Nomad feels a million miles from anywhere and is so relaxed in the sweat box of Animal Kingdom. Turf Club has been out families go to for years when itβs been raining or we need a reset in the evening. Enchanted Rose does the BEST old fashioned and has the loveliest cast members β€οΈ

We love all of the lounges at the Poly too. As soon as we get to Disney, our tradition is go to Tambu Lounge and have a tropical drink.
We got to try Geo-82 for the first time last year, and my wife enjoyed it much more than I did. Iβm gonna grab an ADR there when we go back in June because I think it was just too early for me to have a cocktail. Any recommendations of your favorites there?
In Epcot, we like to see if we can grab a seat in La Cava if it isnβt too busy. Itβs nice way to grab some extra A/C in the pyramid before I make my wife ride the Three Caballeros.
We are going to see if we can grab an ADR at Beak and Barrel in MK for this upcoming trip too. Anybody been there and have any recommendations?

At Geo-82, I mostly just get Long Islands as the drinks on the menu arenβt really my jam, although the High Brow Batanga is pretty good. My wife loves the Old Fashioned and the Peach Shrub. We really like the food there though, particularly the Fungi Flatbread, Charcuterie, and my wife loves the Crab Cakes. We really love the views and the vibes there though. Itβs a really cool space. Itβs fun to see the fireworks from a table at the window.
We went to Beak and Barrel when it first opened Itβs a fun environment similar to the Skipper Canteen. We did not care for any of the drinks and the food was just ok.

Love all the ones people are mentioning. I had to add Territory Lounge, is a nice quite one usually to relax in!! Plus I love the Smore's Oldfashion there.
Geo-82 has been the best Old Fashioned Iβve had on property to date. Watching the fireworks while there made it the perfect night.

Outer Rim at the Contempary. Good Old Fashions and Smoked Turkeys. Nice place to watch the Monorails come and go.
I have to vote for my all time favorite being Trader Sam's at the Poly. "TWO SHOTS OF RUM!" Its just so fun going with a group of friends or making new ones there. Skipper Dizz is the best! One of my newer favorites is also at the Poly: Wailulu. The Banana Old Fashioned there while watching the fireworks is to die for!
In the parks, I love Geo 82. They also have a great old fashioned. The decor is gorgeous.

The Nomad Lounge, but don't tell anyone!!!!
I like nomad lounge as well good priced drinks for being on property!
I like people watching, so getting a bar seat, or better outdoor table at Splitsville. Chilling having a nice drink, and sushi side. Watch the entertainment walk by.
I've never seen the outside bar open at Topolino's! I was starting to think it was just a myth. Great spot.
I'm not sure if they serve out there, but you can definitely order a drink at the bar and then go sit outside.
Geyser Point at Wilderness Lodge is our favorite! But sometimes we bypass the sit down part of the restaurant and instead will mobile order our bison burgers to pick up from the to-go window right next door and will choose our own table right by the water. Most peaceful spot in all of Disney World. We also love the games area that's back there with ping pong and corn hole

We have gotten skunk'ed every time we try to get into Trader Sam's. However, we are staying at the Poly Tower in October and we WILL be having a cocktail or two at Trader Sam's. I don't care how long the wait is...I will bring a lawn chair and camp out if I have to.

There is nothing wrong with having a cocktail at Waialulu! I will say the banana old fashioned is a touch overrated, but it's still good.
I would say my favorites are:
In a park: La Cava del Tequila. I am from Arizona and am a bit of a margarita snob, but this place has been legit for years. Unfortunately, the word got out and the line can be crazy long. I remember coming here years ago when there was zero line. Still my favorite, though.
In a resort: Abracadabar. I think this is considered part of BWV? This is a really fun spot to grab a drink and the bartenders are great.
In Disney Springs: The Edison. Seriously great bar. The bartenders have made me "off menu" drinks just by asking me what I usually like...and each time the drink they made was fantastic!
At the end of the day, if you are enjoying a drink anywhere on WDW property can you really go wrong?

We are lounge rats - definitely. We love hitting up a lounge for dinner vs making an ADR somewhere. Some of our favorites:
Nomad - does it get any more luxuriating (yes, I'm channelling my inner Molly from Mammoth Club here π) than sitting out on the patio having a great cocktail and yummy food from the Tiffin kitchen? Service has always been top notch as well
Territory Lounge / Geyser Point - CCV was our first home resort and the majority of our points are here so we stay here often. My absolute favorite evening in WDW is to come back after a day in the parks, hit up TL for drinks (if Susan is working ask for one of her tables - your'e welcome!) and maybe an app. Then head to GP for dinner. GP has great food, but we aren't huge fans of their cocktails. TL is so much better!! But if you time everything right you can catch both the Water Pageant and even see some of the higher MK fireworks at GP.
Crew's Cup Lounge - yes those prime rib sliders are every bit as good as A.J. tells us they are!
Polite Pig - my husband is big bourbon guy and I love a bourbon cocktail. Love that you can order off the full food menu here as well. Bartenders are always great.
Belle Vue Lounge - the atmosphere is beyond meh but they make a mean margarita - especially if you ask for a Grand Marnier floater π. We love to grab one and head back to our Boardwalk view balcony to watch the Epcot fireworks.
Jock Lindsey - it's just fun. The drinks and food are pretty good and I love the Christmas and new Halloween overlays
Steakhouse 71 Lounge - Cocktails are fantastic and just get that burger, for crying out loud!
Tambu Lounge - Love being able to the get best parts of O'Hana without paying the O'Hana price tag. I also love me a Backscratcher - not gonna lie π!
Dahlia Lounge - the view is incredible and so are the drinks. I've heard great things about the food but we've only gone when we had reservations at Toledo so haven't tried it. I'm sure it's the same kitchen though so it must be good!
Enzo's Hideawy - we've never eaten here, but love the atmosphere and the cocktails are really good. Though I recommend sitting at the bar if you can as service can be an issue at the tables. Bartenders are great, though.
And I'm hesitant to even mention this last one, but for the sake of our DVC community here I will - Yak and Yeti Lounge - you must ask for the secret menu. It is only available at the bar and there only 6 seats (though you can walk up and order drinks to go). We love Y & Y but always thought the drinks were it's weak link. No more - not if you order off of the secret menu that changes seasonally. They have a tiny food menu as well (get the duck wings) or you can order off of the full restaurant menu. Bar tenders are fantastic and it's just an overall great experience - IF (big if) you can snag a seat. Worth it!!!

We snagged seats at the Yak and Yeti bar on our last visit. Chris is an excellent bartender! We got there about 30 minutes after opening and had to wait 20 minutes or so for another couple to leave, which opened up their seats. It's a great spot to grab some food and some good cocktails!
